3.Electric Power: 110v-240v for USA. You can choose to upgrade to UL listed transformers. Our neon light signs have a 6' power cord and come with hanging hardware and chain.
4.Your Satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied, we take returned item within 30 days of receipt. If any damage during shipping, we will resend the replacement parts for free. Meanwhile, If any quality problem during 1 year warranty, we will fix it for you all at our cost, too.
